We formed this neighborhood Association in 2022 in order to provide a voice for residents and businesses within our neighborhood.
OUR PRIORITIES are to improve the quality of life for all, to foster economic revitalization, and to maintain open communication with our elected officials on issues which matter to us such as:
- Safety and Crime Prevention
- Code Enforcement
- Traffic and Parking
- Noise Pollution
- Planning, Zoning and Development
- Vagrancy
- Environmental Stewardship
We provide a liaison between the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, and the State of Florida, (and their respective agencies) to ensure that the issues impacting our North Beach area and its residents are effectively represented.
OUR OBJECTIVES are to
- Advocate for residents quality of life
- Foster positive resident and neighborhood business engagement
- Nurture desirable economic growth and revitalization
- Clean sidewalks, streets, beaches and waterways
- Encourage infrastructure replacement
- Promote beach and dune re-nourishment, restoration, and solutions to prevent erosion
- Preserve and protect our green spaces
APNA Miami Beach is bordered on the south by 63rd Street and north to 71st Street, from the Ocean to Indian Creek, including all residential buildings abutting Collins Avenue or Indian Creek.
